The town also started constructional in August 2018 of the Chinese Clothing Designer Southern Training Center. The fashion industry talent training and cooperation base has introduced several projects such as the Asian Designers China Base, the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Internship Entrepreneurship Base, and the Korea 3D Fashion Design Headquarters to build a platform for communications between domestic and foreign designers.

At present, Yishang Town has established four entrepreneurship incubators which have attracted more than 600 original designers.
