The Ruijin History Museum of the Central Revolutionary Base, opened to the public since 1958, commemorates the Central Revolutionary Base and the First Red Front Army, which were founded under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and its leaders Mao Zedong (1893-1976) and Zhu De (1886-1976). It lies in Ruijin County of Jiangxi province.

During the Second Civil Revolutionary War (1927-1937), Rujin was the seat of the Central Revolutionary Bases, where important institutions of the Chinese Communist Party were stationed and the first and second All China Congresses of Soviets were held. Besides, Ruijin was also the starting point of the First Red Front Army and the Central Institutions for the Long March.

The memorial boasts a collection of 11,118 cultural relics, which include 73 class-one collections and 320 class-two collections, including copies of historical records as well as books and magazines. All these items record the revolutionary activities of such CPC leaders of the revolution as Mao Zedong, Zhu De, Zhou Enlai, and Liu Shaoqi, as well as the epic history of the development of the Chinese revolutionary base and the fight between the Red Army and the Nationalists during the period of the Chinese Soviet Republic, graphically displayed in the museum's gallery hall. The hall is also home to a permanent exhibition of cultural relics of the central revolutionary base.
