The 15th Mongolian Costume Art Festival opened in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Nov 19. More than 100 delegates will display nearly 2,000 sets of Mongolian costumes during the six-day event. The festival will hold Mongolian costume competition and other activities.
