Permit renewal machines to serve Hohhot residents

In a bid to meet residents' growing demand for travel permit renewals and make the process more convenient, 10 permit renewal machines were installed in Hohhot and will start to offer services on Nov 9.

The permit renewal machines can be used for inquiry, application, payment and certificate printing. Applicants can process the permit renewals within a few minutes without any staff on-site.

Residents who have e-permits for travel between the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao can now renew their e-permits at the entry and exit service halls of every district and county in Hohhot.
