Shenyang Botanical Garden holds the largest array of botanical species in Northeast China. Major flower shows are held there annually, including a tulip show in April and May, a peony show in June, a lily show in July, a dahlia show in August, and a ground-cover chrysanthemum show in September. Every flower show attracts large crowds of visitors.
