Wuxi Coastal City

Wuxi Coastal City (a commercial complex) is located at the intersection of Lixin Avenue and Fangmiao Road in Taihu new city. It is one of the first-batch of commercial complexes planned by the Wuxi government.

Sitting near the Wuxi government, Financial Street and Metro Line 1, the project envelops more than 600,000 square meters and covers a total investment of 3 million yuan ($48.18 million), including a shopping mall, SOHO and high-end residence buildings.

The project was established by Shenzhen Coastal Group. It is programmed and designed by Callison LLC, an international architecture design company. It aims to become a high-end commercial complex in Taihu new city.
