This is a renowned dish in Wenfeng Resturant. It is stir-fried by razor shells and bamboo shoots. Razor shell is mainly produced in Rudong Beach in Nantong. Looking like bamboo tube, with light yellow shell and jade-like meat, it is a top grade sea food. In recent years, Dongsha area of Rudong County has developed razor shell farms. The razor shells are harvested in autumn and winter.
