South China's Guangdong province furthered its efforts to promote regional interconnectivity by making a traffic pass nationally available at the sixth Lingnan Pass Innovation Conference held in Guangzhou on June 28.
According to the Department of Transportation of Guangdong Province, both the Lingnan Pass (which can be used to travel across Guangdong province) and the China T-Union pass are accepted at certain upgraded terminals at bus stops and stations.
The pass will bring great convenience to passengers by sparing them the trouble of buying new transit cards or tickets when they travel to another city.

Those with a Lingnan Pass don't have to exchange or buy new passes, as long as they travel within the province.
Guangdong residents can currently use the China T-Union pass when taking the subway or bus in 21 cities across the county, including Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang in Hebei province. More cities will later be added to the list.
