Deng said that the establishment of the CIDCA is a major initiative of the Chinese government to maintain world peace and promote common development.
CIDCA is willing to strengthen policy communication and experience exchange with UNDP, conduct pragmatic cooperation to narrow down the South-North gap, advance the Belt and Road Initiative and work together to build a community of shared future for mankind, Deng added.
Xu noted that CIDCA will greatly enhance China's coordination of foreign aid.
He indicated that the UNDP looks forward to increased communication and cooperation with CIDCA in the implementation of Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
