The Wanfu Bridge standing adjacent to the Liaojia River urban central park is designed for both transportation and sightseeing. The double-decked bridge has its upper floor tailoring automobiles and the lower floor for non-motor vehicles and pedestrians. Its design has also embodied several Chinese architectural elements.
