Yangzhou celebrates its 14th Citizens' Day

May 3 marked Citizens' Day of Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province. A series of arts and cultural performances was staged in the city's districts and counties to celebrate the citywide festival.

Centenarians visit the newly-renovated Yangzhou Sports Park on May 3. A banquet was organized to honor centenarians as well as to mark Citizens' Day. Yangzhou Sports Park is the main venue of the 19th Sports Games of Jiangsu, which will open in Yangzhou in September. [Photo/yznews.com.cn]
