Zhang Yuanzhong visits Guyang county

Zhang Yuanzhong, secretary of the CPC Baotou municipal committee, visited Guyang county, a county under Baotou city’s administration, on April 9, promoting the spirit of the 19th CPC Congress, reports Baotou Daily.

During his visit Zhang also hosted a forum where he discovered more about the county’s efforts to alleviate poverty.
