​Establishment registration of branches of foreign-funded enterprises (company)

1) Establishment registration application form for a branch of the foreign-funded enterprise signed by legal representative;

2) Approval document issued by the approval authority (not required for those not involving in approval);

3) Articles of association signed by legal representative;

4) Appointment document of the branch's responsible person issued by the enterprise and photocopy of his or her identity document;

5) Certificate of site use for business operation;

6) Photocopy of the duplicate of business license for the company (stamped with company seal);

7) Pre-approval documents;

8) Other relevant documents.
