Oysters are the most famous food in Shenzhen. A Shenzhen oyster tastes juicy and fleshy and can be cooked sashimi-style, barbecued, boiled in a hot pot or baked with cheese. Shenzhen's oysters are mainly from Shajing and France.
Since Shajing is a place where sea water meets with river water, its oysters are fleshy with rich nutrition. France's oysters are big with juicy and tender meat.
