Documents required for deregistration of foreign-funded enterprises (non-company)

1) Cancellation registration application form for foreign invested enterprises; 

2) Cancellation approval document issued by the original approval authority; 

3) Resolution or decision made in accordance with laws;

4) Report confirming the settlement of credit and debt, or document clarifying the liquidation team's responsibility for settlement of credit and debt; 

5) Tax clearance certificate issued by tax authority and customs; 

6) Certificate proving the cancellation of branches (administrative offices);  

7) Original and duplicate of business license; 

8) Official seal;

9) Other relevant documents and certificates.
