The choice of compensators when consumers’ person or property is harmed due to commodity defects

In accordance with the relevant regulations of Law of the PRC on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers, consumers whose person or property is harmed due to commodity defects may demand compensation from sellers or may also demand compensation from producers.
