Baotou University for the Elderly introduced courses on Peking Opera, according to a March 22 Baotou Daily report.
The school launched a total of four classes to promote traditional forms of art. [A1]
Founded in 1986, Baotou University for the Elderly has been expanding its reach and now boasts 53 majors, 216 classes, and more than 7,000 students. The school offers a diverse curriculum including singing, dance, Baotou paper-cutting, and calligraphy.
