Bean curd jelly is a traditional Wuxi snack. Freshly cooked in a wide-mouthed jar, it is sold while still warm and tender. The snack is served with a number of condiments such as boiled soy sauce, chopped scallions, nori, small dried shrimps, shredded pickled vegetables, sugar and sesame oil.
