
With a history of more than 400 years, Fushan Roast Chicken is one of the distinctive delicacies of Shandong cuisine. The dish has shared similar fame as "the Dezhou braised chicken". Its main ingredient is local cockerels, which are first fried and then steamed. The roast chicken features a bright-red color, crispy meat, and a delicious taste. It is also the origin of Peking duck.
