Laizhou whole lamb (莱州全羊/ Laizhou Quanyang)

Laizhou whole lamb is a well-known local delicacy. Different parts of a lamb are processed in different ways to make hot or cold dishes. Therefore, "Whole Lamb Banquet" is indeed a more accurate name. The dishes include braised, roast, and smoked lamb shanks, as well as various courses made of haggis.
