Baiyun airport launches service hotline

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport upgraded its services today by launching its "96158" service hotline.

Airport passengers living in Guangdong province can now dial 96158 to make enquiries, while those outside Guangdong province need to add 020 (Guangzhou's area code) before 96158.

Aside from this telephone service, Baiyun International Airport opened a one-on-one customer service on its official website, WeChat account, Sina Weibo account, email box, and mobile app.

"Considering the user habits of our passengers, we have opened the service channel on our official website, WeChat account, Sina Weibo and other online platforms. Passengers can send private messages on Sina Weibo or type "客服" (customer service) on WeChat to make enquiries, complaints, and access custom-made services," said the staff member in charge of the service hotline center.

The "96158" hotline runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To ensure a smooth transition, the previous "(020) 36066999" hotline will maintain operations for another month.
