Thorough cleanings are necessary to keep the Fuxing bullet train -- the first bullet train fully developed in China that can run as fast as 350 kilometers per hour -- "charming" on railroads.
There is a special avenue for the cleaning of the bullet trains. The trains need to be driven into the cleansing site and go through a set of vertical brushes with a speed slower than three kilometers per hour.

After the cleaning of the windows, external car body and the skirt-boards, sanitation workers need to climb onto the train and re-clean the locomotives and the car roof.
The entire cleaning process takes 30 minutes of machine washing and 30 minutes of hand cleaning.
