Stamp issued to mark 13th National People's Congress

China Post issued a stamp on March 5 to mark the start of 13th National People's Congress in Beijing.
The stamp, which has a face value of 1.2 yuan (19 cents), features the Great Hall of the People where the NPC session is being held.
The NPC is China's top legislative body.
