Baotou village honored for ethnic characteristics

A ceremony to honor Hasar takes place. The sacrificial offering ceremony is a way for ethnic Mongolians to worship their ancestor and hero. The ceremony was listed as an important part of the cultural heritage of Inner Mongolia autonomous region in 2007. [Photo/tourism bureau of Baotou]
