
Gaoyou Yucheng Postal Stop was added to the world heritage listed in 2014. It was the largest ancient post station along the Grand Canal during the Ming and Qing Dynasties (AD 1368-1911). Built in the eighth year under the reign of Emperor Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty (AD 1375), it is the most well-preserved ancient post building in China.
