A food additive hydrochloric acid project worth 50 million yuan ($7.58 million) is to settle in Jiuyuan district of Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, according to a Nov 27 Baotou Daily report.
The project will cover an area of 1.3 hectares and will boast a filter workshop, four 750-square-meter material tanks and four finished product storage tanks. The project will be able to produce 200,000 tons of hydrochloric acid annually upon completion.
