Baotou in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region was selected as one of China’s culturally advanced cities at a meeting held in Beijing on Nov 17, reports Baotou Daily.
The city has been on the list for five consecutive years thanks to its efforts at spurring economic development and culture.
