Baotou stages memorial exhibition for Lin Fengmian

An art exhibition depicting the life and work of Lin Fengmian, a Chinese painter and innovator in the area of Chinese art education, was staged in Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, according to local media on July 21.

Lin is considered a pioneer of modern Chinese painting for blending Chinese and Western styles.

The exhibition will run from July 8 to 30.
