The first Yixing Cheongsam Winchuang Festival is the largest qipao-themed activity hosted by domestic qipao organizations for several years, and attracted around 1,000 qipao enthusiasts from all over the world. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

Fans of the qipao, the traditional Chinese silk dress, from all over the world gathered in Yixing, a city near Wuxi, Jiangsu province, last week for a special qipao festival.
