Great crested grebes settle at Nanhai Wetland

Great crested grebes captured in Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, April 2. Nanhai Wetland scenic area in Baotou city recently welcomed a flock of great crested grebes. Nanhai Wetland scenic area is a national 4A-level scenic area located in Baotou. It covers 1,664 hectares, and boasts more than 200 wild animals and plants. There are a total of 883 grebes currently settled in the area, according to Chen Xuegu, an official at the scenic area. [Photo/Baotou Daily]
