Dali River flood diversion tunnel achieves full breakthrough in Suide, Shaanxi

The Dali River Flood Diversion Tunnel Project, initiated after thorough evaluation by water conservancy experts from within and outside Shaanxi province, is a significant infrastructure endeavor. Upon completion, it will enable the diversion of upstream floods of the Dali River away from the old urban area of Suide, directing them into the Wuding River, thereby fundamentally alleviating flood control and prevention pressures on the old town and safeguarding the lives and property of local residents.
