Besides cash, are there any other options for receiving my tax refunds?

Yes. In addition to cash refunds, you have two more options:
1. Alipay “Tap & Go” refunds: You may receive your refund via Alipay, provided that you have already registered the Alipay App and linked (bound) it to your bank account.
2. Refund to international credit cards (Beijing Only): Beijing currently offers a service that transfers tax refunds directly to international credit cards, with much faster processing — often in real time.
