A delegation of German industrial enterprises visited Nantong for a three-day investment inspection and industry connection event from Nov 5 to 7.

During the event, the delegation conducted on-site visits to enterprises in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), including Zhongtian Technology and Hirschmann Automotive Technologies.

Daniel Brink, president of the German Federal Association for International Talent Export and Economic Promotion, expressed that he was impressed by Nantong's industrial support, business environment, and urban infrastructure.

He added that the association has gathered a large number of high-quality German industrial family enterprises. He hopes this visit will bring more awareness of Nantong among German enterprises and inspire them to increase their presence in NETDA.

The delegation brought together representatives from several German industrial companies, including Osterrath and Krohne. Their business areas span semiconductors, renewable energy, precision manufacturing, and intelligent technology, which align closely with Nantong's industrial development.

Nearly 20 representatives of local enterprises in NETDA participated in the meeting, engaging in practical one-on-one discussions with representatives of German enterprises and jointly exploring cooperation opportunities.
