This equipment represents Xitaixin's core measurement device for critical storage chips, marking China's first domestically developed process control equipment featuring microgram-level mass feedback.
Utilizing microgram-level (±1μg) mass monitoring technology, the equipment provides real-time feedback on uniformity deviations in wafer coating and etching processes, achieving internationally leading measurement precision while reducing costs by 30 percent compared with traditional optical detection.
Since its establishment as a prioritized talent-focused enterprise in 2020, Xitaixin has received nearly 5 million yuan ($687.33 thousand) in regional financial support. The company is poised to surpass 50 million yuan in sales by 2025, with plans to continue driving innovation in national high-end semiconductor equipment sector.
