The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) hosted a spring recruitment fair on April 18, creating a platform for graduates and various talent to explore career opportunities and entrepreneurship.

The fair features innovative models including night-market-style recruitment, startup roadshows, cloud-based job matching, and community-based services. A total of 45 enterprises offered thousands of jobs, and a live-streamed session attracted nearly 50,000 online viewers.

In addition to job opportunities, the exhibition area for student entrepreneurship projects captured much attention. The "Yi Qian Ben Cao" team impressed attendees with four innovative neo-Chinese herbal tea beverages. Blending traditional Chinese medicine principles with modern health concepts, the team prepared the drinks on-site and invited residents to sample freely, earning widespread praise.

More than just a recruitment fair, the event fostered interaction between young people and the city. As the night-market economy and talent economy become increasingly integrated, NETDA is embracing a more open approach to accelerate its urban development.
