The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) organized a recruitment campaign across Shaanxi province from Feb 5 to 12, visiting cities including Hanzhong, Chenggu, and Huazhou.

The event involved 19 key enterprises from NETDA, spanning industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, and electronics.

The participating companies offered nearly 2,000 positions, including roles for technical engineers, quality inspectors, and smart manufacturing operators. The average monthly salary for these positions exceeds 6,000 yuan ($823), with some roles offering salaries of up to 10,000 yuan.

Through online and offline recruitment efforts, including live-streamed job fairs, the campaign held more than 10 specialized recruitment events, attracting over 7,000 job seekers and securing preliminary job agreements with over 1,000 individuals. The first 56 recruits from Hanzhong arrived in NETDA by special transport on Feb 11.
