Liangjiang welcomes new healthcare headquarters

Liangjiang New Area is now home to the global headquarters of SWS Hemodialysis Care Co, a 2 billion yuan ($298 million) cutting-edge facility set to achieve an annual production capacity of 50,000 blood purification devices and 60 million sets of consumables.

The facility is designed with a centralized layout that includes R&D laboratories, pilot testing platforms, and production areas, enabling a streamlined process in which technologies, after completing laboratory research, can advance to performance verification, process optimization, and production integration within the same facility.

A standout feature of the headquarters is the expansive 33,000-square-meter blood purification pilot testing platform, which plays a vital role in bridging the gap between laboratory innovations and clinical applications.

SWS utilizes an advanced industrial internet identification and resolution system, coupled with a remote operation and maintenance management system, to maintain comprehensive lifecycle data records for its products.
