Ever wondered what ancient Chinese scholars kept on their desks?

Focused on the tools of traditional Chinese scholars' studios, this exhibition at Yuncheng Museum in Shanxi province features 160 objects from the museum's collection, from the "four treasures of the study" — brush, ink, paper and inkstone — to brush rests, water droppers, brush washers and paperweights. The exhibition explores the refined aesthetics, wisdom and craftsmanship of ancient scholar's studio.

Dates: Until Oct 28
