The 3rd Low-Altitude Economy Development Conference and Low-Altitude Industrial Expo will be held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, from Sept 22 to 24.
Under the theme of "Charting a New Low-Altitude Blueprint, Embarking on a Trillion-yuan New Journey", the event represents a premier industrial gathering for Shaanxi's low-altitude economy.
Aligned with the cultivation of new quality productive forces, the conference leverages Xi'an's pivotal geographical advantages. It integrates high-end forums, industrial exhibitions, thematic seminars and international business matchmaking, aiming to build a nationwide high-standard and international platform for the full industrial chain of the low-altitude economy.
This year's expo will cover core segments of the low-altitude industrial chain, showcasing cutting-edge products and solutions including eVTOL flying vehicles, manned aircraft, industrial drones, low-altitude communication and navigation systems, airspace management facilities, low-altitude infrastructure, operational services and safety supervision systems.
The event is expected to display China's independent technological innovations in the low-altitude sector, providing a professional platform for brand exhibition, technical exchanges, supply-demand docking and achievement commercialization.
The conference will feature a rich lineup of high-level supporting activities. Officials from national authorities, academicians, experts and senior executives of leading enterprises will interpret industrial policies, airspace reform progress and industrial standards. A series of specialized forums on urban air mobility, low-altitude logistics, low-altitude cultural tourism and intelligent supervision will be held to deepen industry-university-research cooperation and accelerate the transformation and application of technological achievements.
International cooperation constitutes the highlight of this year's event. Organizers have invited government delegations, industry associations and professional overseas procurement teams from about 40 Belt and Road countries and regions, including Russia, Belarus, Chile, Thailand, Italy, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. International professional buyers will account for one-third of all registered participants.
Dedicated zones for Silk Road low-altitude industrial cooperation and exclusive international matchmaking areas will be launched to facilitate one-on-one B2B negotiations. The platform will smooth cross-border industrial links, support domestic enterprises' global expansion and introduce premium overseas resources, fostering a new landscape of global low-altitude industrial collaboration.
Meanwhile, government departments, low-altitude economy demonstration zones, industrial parks and industry associations from multiple regions nationwide will attend the conference. Participants will conduct achievement displays, investment promotions and experience exchanges to advance cross-regional coordinated development and large-scale scenario implementation of China's low-altitude industry.
Focusing on internationalization, market-orientation, professionalism and brand development, the conference will secure a number of major industrial cooperation projects. It will further foster new quality productive forces in the low-altitude sector, build Shaanxi and Xi'an into a leading innovation hub for the low-altitude economy in western China, and fuel the high-quality growth of the country's trillion-yuan-level low-altitude industrial ecosystem.
