1.You must be transiting to a third country or region, for example, flying from Kyrgyzstan → China → Malaysia. You cannot enter China and then return directly to your home country.

2.The policy applies to travelers engaging in short-term activities such as tourism, business, visits and family reunions.

For a one-month work stay, in your case, this policy is not applicable. Work activities require a proper work visa (Z-visa) obtained before you arrive in China.
