The Xi'an‑Brazil Economic and Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Meeting was held in Xi'an on Aug 15, attracting more than 20 representatives from Brazil's TSK Group and 10 local enterprises engaged in green energy, building materials, and drone applications.
Ma Xiaoqin, president of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Xi'an Sub-council, said Xi'an and Brazil have huge cooperation potential to integrate historical heritage and modern development. She suggested both sides explore diversified new‑model cooperation, including import-export trade and joint-venture manufacturing plants.
Gong Peng, a representative of the Brazil-China Chamber of International Development, said that over the years, the Chamber had made positive contributions to fostering friendly exchanges between China, Brazil, and other South American countries. Gong hoped that this meeting would build a sound platform for enterprises from Xi'an and Brazil to advance industrial cooperation and deliver fruitful outcomes.
TSK Group is a large local industrial enterprise in Brazil, with core businesses covering large‑scale comprehensive real‑estate development and operation of urban infrastructure projects. During this visit to China, it aims to identify high‑quality manufacturers, supply‑chain partners, and professional investment institutions.
The photovoltaic solar panels developed by LONGi Green Energy Technology Co drew TSK Group's attention. The two sides agreed to align details in Brazil by the end of this month.
