Ever wondered what it was like to live like a Tang Dynasty (618–907) emperor? The Zhenguan reign (627–649) under Emperor Li Shimin, widely regarded as a golden age of peace and prosperity in ancient China, comes to life through 95 remarkable treasures at Huizhou Museum in Guangdong province. From tangsancai (tricolor-glazed pottery) and exquisite gold and silverware to glassware, the exhibition offers a glimpse into the art, culture and refined aesthetics of this golden era.
