Experience the art and legacy of pioneering modern Chinese artist Xu Beihong (1895-1953) through the lens of Huxiang culture, the distinctive regional culture of Hunan province, at Hunan Art Museum in Changsha, Hunan province. More than 100 masterpieces from the Xu Beihong Memorial Museum mark the museum's largest showcase outside Beijing. Across five themed sections, original works, reconstructed studio scenes and immersive digital experiences offer a fresh perspective on the celebrated artist's life, art and enduring spirit.
