The Hong Kong Small and Medium Listed Companies Association has launched its Southwest Office in Liangjiang New Area, marking a significant milestone in cross-regional collaboration.
The association's primary mission is to tackle common challenges such as financing difficulties, low market valuations, weak liquidity, and unfamiliarity with international regulations.
It has also initiated a plan to cultivate listed companies and developed two digital platforms that encompass the entire listing process, market value management, and cross-border resource integration.
Liangjiang's comprehensive bonded zone was chosen for the office due to its unique blend of "channel + platform + industry + finance" advantages, combining the functions of a "water port + airport" and benefiting from the policies of the free trade pilot zone.
The zone's capabilities extend from "logistics channels" to "trade settlement" and "capital operations", forming a comprehensive industrial financial service chain.
For Chengdu and Chongqing enterprises aiming to list in Hong Kong or seeking cross-border financing, the industrial funds and financial center offer essential equity investment and listing guidance.
The delivery warehouse provides hedging and risk management services for bulk commodities, while favorable policies reduce institutional costs for cross-border capital flows.
Several Hong Kong experts also offered valuable insights to Chengdu and Chongqing enterprises during the launch ceremony, focusing on technology, compliance, and valuation strategies.
