Guiyang launches additional trains to accommodate tourists

Centering on Guiyangbei Railway Station, Guizhou Railway added 20 extra high‑speed trains within the province from July 26 to Aug 3 to facilitate summer tourists.

The 20 additional trains serve popular cultural tourism corridors across Guizhou. They include direct services between Guiyang and Libo, cross‑route connections between Bijie and Libo, and express trains between Bijie and Guiyangbei. This facilitates summer sightseeing, family visits, and leisure trips for passengers traveling between major cities and destinations along the routes.

These additional trains operate throughout the day, from early morning to late at night. Together with the regular timetable, they form an efficient operational model.
