Chang-Lin Tien Center launches Wuhan-Taiwan exchange service station

The 20th Hubei·Wuhan-Taiwan Week Cross-Strait (Wuhan) Digital & Intelligent Industry Cooperation Conference was held in the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC) on July 10. A highlight of the event was the inauguration of the "Wuhan-Taiwan Exchange High-Tech Service Station" at the Chang-Lin Tien Center.

During the conference, Li Wangxin, director of the Chang-Lin Tien Center, reflected on the center's two-year journey in OVC. From its initial blueprint to becoming an international hub connecting talents across the Strait and the world, Li expressed deep appreciation for OVC's unique charm as a hub of scientific innovation.

Over the past two years, the Chang-Lin Tien Center has hosted alumni from over 10 prestigious global universities, including UC Berkeley, Harvard, MIT, and Imperial College London, as well as entrepreneurs from Taiwan. These visits have allowed participants to experience firsthand the thriving industrial ecosystem and cultural richness of OVC.

"The Chang-Lin Tien Center is more than just a platform for talent and industry exchange; it is a bridge that connects hearts and conveys warmth," said Li. 

The center plans to use the Wuhan-Taiwan Exchange High-Tech Service Station to regularly facilitate cross-Strait digital industry cooperation activities, inviting more Taiwan entrepreneurs and young scholars to explore OVC.
