Beijing exhibition unveils prehistoric life in lower reaches of Yangtze River

From the emergence of early human culture to the rise of ancient cities, as well as the development of rice farming and salt production, archaeologists have uncovered the model of prehistoric civilizations in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Now, a new exhibition at the Peking University Sackler Museum of Archaeology and Art presents major archaeological discoveries that reveal the fascinating picture of prehistoric life in the region.
