On June 12, the dance drama Dream Back: A Dream of Red Mansions was performed at Gengsu Theater in Nantong, Jiangsu province.
Based on China’s literary masterpiece A Dream of Red Mansions, the production reimagines the rise and fall of a noble family and the heartbreaking love story between Jia Baoyu and Lin Daiyu. Through expressive choreography, poetic staging, and immersive visuals, the performance transforms the Grand View Garden into a living dream — where beauty, fate, and longing intertwine.
