Guangxi Critical Metals Industry Development Group and five local enterprises in Nandan county, Hechi, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, inked an agreement on the consolidation of mining rights on June 2, marking a breakthrough in the consolidation of key metal resources in Nandan.

This move laid a solid foundation for completing mining rights consolidation tasks across the county and advancing the transformation and upgrading of the local mineral resources industry.

The consolidation of mining rights is an essential step in the development of the Nandan Key Metals High-Quality Development Pilot Zone. It aims to address the issues of small, scattered, chaotic, and weak mining operations throughout the county, ensuring more efficient and intensive use of resources.

Following the agreement, Guangxi Critical Metals Industry Development Group will focus on standardized consolidation, intensive development, and green and the intelligent transformation of Nandan's mineral resources for mutual benefit.

Efforts will be made to steadily advance resource verification, asset inventory, property rights transfer, and production coordination to ensure smooth integration and development, and to translate the agreement into tangible industrial development outcomes.

This signing of the agreement is seen as a crucial milestone in Hechi's efforts to advance the development of the Nandan Critical Metals High-Quality Development Pilot Zone. Future integration efforts will address challenges like "large mines with small operations" and dispersed mining to ensure safety and environmental preservation while enhancing the entire industrial chain.
