Liangjiang enterprise's robots enhance production efficiency

Moses Intelligent Industry Co in Liangjiang New Area has introduced its latest wheeled embodied intelligent robot, "Cybertron 003", into the production lines of automotive and pharmaceutical industries.

Moses Intelligent, founded in 2014 and recognized as a national "Little Giant" enterprise in 2022, has been focusing on automotive and high-end equipment production lines. The company has pioneered an approach that begins with understanding the specific needs of manufacturing scenarios before developing products, ensuring that its robots are "plug-and-play" ready.

The "Cybertron 003" robot, which entered small-batch production in May, was designed to handle tasks requiring precise hand-eye coordination, such as quality inspection of electronic control systems, harness plugging, and pharmaceutical sorting.

Previously challenging for human workers due to their precision demands, these tasks are now performed by Cybertron 003, which offers plugging precision within 0.5 millimeters and a success rate of more than 99 percent.

At Moses's data collection facility, a 1:1 replica of a new energy vehicle production line, the 170-centimeter-tall wheeled dual-arm robot Cybertron 003 demonstrated its capabilities by performing harness plugging tasks at four times the efficiency of human workers, increasing single-shift production capacity by 300 percent and offering a battery life of 10-12 hours.

Embodied intelligence has also accelerated Moses's AI transformation in the traditional machine tool industry, resulting in a diverse portfolio of AI-powered industrial machine tools capable of "adaptive process decision-making" without human intervention, even in multi-product mixed-line environments and scenarios requiring frequent changeovers.

Moses Intelligent now serves over 20 manufacturing enterprises, including Changan Automobile, Seres, and FAW Group. The company is also expanding its reach into rail transportation and shipbuilding sectors.
